Membership Information

Our members come from a multitude of backgrounds, but all have the focus of maintaining our society both for the welfare of the community and the preservation of historical items for posterity.

 As a member you will be mailed our newsletter which is always filled with interesting articles about the county and its history. You will also be invited to our various events throughout the year, and gain access to our collections for your leisure and research for a whole year. Of course, you will also be aiding us in the preservation of our wonderful houses and collection.

Events at the Society

The Society will be closed on Saturday, August 30 for the Labor Day Weekend.  We will open with regular hours on Tuesday, September 2.


Sunday, September 14 at 2 PM: Wayne Franklin, author of James Fenimore Cooper: The Early Years.


All of the above events take place in the Corson Poley Center, 454 Lawrence Street, Burlington, NJ unless otherwise noted.
